Orders with payments confirmed by 2/5 will be shipped out before CNY begins. Anything after that will be started/shipped after 2/23!

CNY runs from 2/16-2/23. No orders will be started till after 2/23. If your order currently shows as "Payment Received", it will be started after CNY! We are still accepting orders but expect about a week delay on top of standard turnaround times. We apologize for the inconvenience!

DOMESTIC EXPRESS OPTION AVAILABLE

If you need an ID within a week, this is the only option available and no other vendor offers it. We have a limited selection of IDs from our domestic office but they arrive in 1 week or less. These orders are priced a lot higher and meant for those who really need an ID. We do offer group discounts on these but it still is not cheap so be prepared.

If you need an ID now, please submit a ticket on our Contact Page!  Put "Express Request" for your ticket's subject and make sure to retain your tickets tracking ID.

Please make sure to follow all the instructions on the Contact page so you can receive our replies. WE DO NOT SEND EMAILS!  All tickets receive a reply within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday)! Express orders must be handled over ticket before paying! 

Note: We cannot change a normal order to an express order if you already paid!
